Charles did it right! We received exceptional service from this contractor. He stayed on schedule, he communicated clearly, he respected our space and kept it clean, his finished work looked (and still looks) clean and tight. The thing that really made the job for us was his ability to simultaneously listen to our vision while gently guiding us through the constraints of the house and materials. Overall, we were very satisfied with Charles - five stars! We've had him back twice since the first installation.
